METHOD OF PAYMENT: We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express (PayPal). We do not accept checks or money orders.
A SAFE & SECURE WAY TO SHOP: Secure Shopping with Eastsport has been made safe through the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL). To take advantage of this system, you must have a compatible browser such as FireFox, Safari, Netscape or Internet Explorer. Eastsport is also authenticated by GeoTrust. Through the use of a Secure Server ID, COMODO ensures that your shopping and billing information is encrypted and therefore protected from unauthorized users.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We will only accept returns on approved Eastsport products purchased from Eastsport.com; We will accept returns on FULL PRICED merchandise for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. To receive approval and a return authorization number (RA#) send an email through our online customer service form with the following information:; 1. YOUR NAME
2. YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION (including email & phone number)
3. ORDR NUMBER
4. ITEM NUMBER(S) & DESCRIPTION(S)
5. REASON FOR RETURNING ITEM(S) + list of any damages; We will accept exchanges for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. You will be responsible for paying any shipping charges to send the product back to Eastsport. Please let us know how we can correct your purchase and we will ship it back to you free.
PRIVACY: We want our customers to know that Eastsport will take the utmost care in processing your orders and safeguarding all personal information.
Eastsport does not release your e-mail address or telephone number to any outside companies. If you make a purchase from our web site, we may e-mail you online notices.
Eastsport does not share your name or e-mail address with other catalog companies. You will only be contacted via telephone if there is a problem with your account.

US SHIPPING: FREE SHIPPING is available for all orders shipping ground service. Orders are shipped via UPS Monday through Friday. Your package will ship once credit card authorization and verification is complete. There are three ways to ship your purchase. Sorry, no shipping available to international addresses or on Saturday and Sunday. All orders received by 12 noon EST with 2 day air or overnight shipping will be sent the same day. Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska must ship 2 day air. Overnight shipping is not available to Hawaii or Alaska.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Eastsport offers International shipping worldwide. Shipping prices are set at a standard delivery rate and are priced according to item value. International shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping calculations are displayed at time of checkout after filling out shipping information. Items will be shipped either by USPS or UPS at Eastsport's digression based on the most reliable and secure means of delivery.
PAYMENTS: We accept payments in U.S. dollars only. Currently Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards are acceptable forms of payment (PayPal).
