We recommend you clean your backpack with a damp cloth as necessary. Do not machine wash. Do not use detergent or bleach. Line dry is best. Washing leather is not recommended. We do recommend removing any electronic device, or keep it dry, while cleaning your backpack.

No, Eastsport does not repair any backpacks. Eastsport does not have a repair center and we do not anticipate having a repair center, in the future. In certain circumstances, we will replace a defective backpack.

Eastsport does not have any stated or implied warranty on our products. But, if our customers have any problems with defects in parts or workmanship on any of our backpacks, we do fully stand behind our product quality and we make every effort to please our customers. We welcome the opportunity to assess if your backpack is defective. In assessing the condition of the backpack, or specific circumstances leading to defect, we may decide to replace it for a new or comparable backpack. In fact, we anticipate that all backpacks go through significant wear and tear.

Although, we do produce some basic backpacks to sell year to year, Eastsport understands some people wish to have a new stylish backpack year to year. So, we may have a backpack one year based on some of the current styles or color trends, and then an update or discontinuation of a style, the next year.
